Hi, I'm Zyrah!
I design learning experiences that help people understand, apply, and feel confident in what they do. As I complete my Master’s in Learning Design and Technology, I focus on creating engaging, practical, and inclusive learning that actually works in real life.
About Me
With a background in training delivery, customer support, and business operations, I’ve always found myself drawn to helping people learn and feel confident in what they do. Whether it was guiding clients through a platform or supporting teams, I realized early on how much clear communication and thoughtful support can make a difference.
My journey started in the Philippines and eventually brought me to the U.S., where I began a new chapter with my family. Along the way, I discovered a deeper interest in not just delivering training, but actually designing learning experiences that are meaningful and practical.
As a former trainer, I’ve seen how the way something is taught can either overwhelm or empower someone. That’s what shaped how I approach instructional design today—I try to keep things clear, relatable, and focused on real-life application. I care a lot about creating those small “aha” moments that help things finally click.
Right now, I’m finishing my Master’s in Learning Design and Technology at the University of San Diego, where I’ve been building my skills in instructional design, eLearning development, and accessible learning. I’m especially interested in creating interactive courseware that supports different types of learners and helps people solve real problems.
I’m still growing in this field, but I care deeply about doing meaningful work and creating learning experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and easy to use.
Thanks for being here—I’d love to connect.
