Hi, I'm Zyrah!

With a background in training delivery, customer support, and business operations, I’ve always been drawn to helping others succeed through clear communication and supportive learning environments. My journey began in the Philippines and led me to the U.S., where I embraced a new chapter with my family and found a deeper purpose in designing impactful learning experiences.

 

My professional identity is grounded in the belief that learning should be meaningful, practical, and people-centered. As a former trainer, I saw firsthand how intentional design can simplify complexity, boost learner confidence, and create those lightbulb moments that make education stick. These experiences shaped how I see myself as a designer—empathetic, curious, and driven by purpose.

 

Currently pursuing my Master’s in Learning Design and Technology at the University of San Diego, I’m sharpening my skills in instructional design, multimedia learning, and eLearning development. I want to be recognized in the professional community as someone who values connection, clarity, and creativity in every learning experience I build.
